When ordering via the ADD TO CART buttons on each individual prouduct page, please be sure to click on the proper one for your destination and, where selectable, the desired level of service.
During order processing, should it be discovered that the actual shipping destination does not match the one selected prior to checkout, a full refund will be issued, after which you may re-order with the proper destination selected.
If ordering multiple items to be shipped together, the shipping amount shown when you VIEW CART, or during CHECKOUT, will very likely be greater than the actual amount required to ship your order. Any overcharge amount will be refunded immediately on processing your order (usually within 12 hours). Feel free to email for a quote first if more clarification is required.
All Aviaeology e-Shop orders are handled through PayPal. Once you’ve made your selections, you can CHECK OUT securely using your credit card, PayPal account, or, for some locations, even your bank account.
Orders can also be processed via email or in the traditional manner.
You can simply browse the product pages and email the particulars such as:
• desired items – just item number(s) preferred) and quantities.
• preferred shipping service level – fast, slow, air, surface, etc.
• full mailing address and any other contact information you think we might need to process your order efficiently and successfully.
A downloadable, printable order form may be made available here at a later date.
** If your order included Profile Prints, shipment may be delayed for as long as it takes us to restock – usually 1 to 4 weeks depending on the status of current and / or pending print runs. You will receive an email notification in due course should an excessive delay period be anticipated.
