This package provides one variant of the national markings applied to Hawker Typhoon IBs in service with 2nd Tactical Air Force (2 TAF) with effect from 2 January 1945. Roundels with yellow outer rings on both wing surfaces were a feature of this markings change. The variant in this set has upper wing roundels of the larger size, converted from the existing 2-colour “Type B” roundels already present on the aircraft.
Decals to make one 1/32 scale model.
• A clearly-illustrated markings placement guide and general decaling preparation / application leaflet are included.
• Available as a Basic set or as a Combo set with the Typhoon airframe stencil data markings set AOD32s03 (ADD32s103 when AOD32s03 is sold out). The Combo results in a discount over buying these separately.
