Coastal Command Sunderlands series: Sunderland III EK591 as 2•U of 422 Squadron, RCAF
Dumbarton-built Sunderland III EK591, as 2•U of 422 Squadron, RCAF stationed at Castle Archdale / St. Angelo, Ireland in early 1944. This aircraft was flown by W/O W.F. Morton, on his first operational sortie, when it attacked and sank U-625 on 10 March 1944.
