• These sets are jam packed with approximately 450-500 characters, featuring at least 4 of each individual letter and number element, plus extra number sets and special characters that may have been particular to aircraft using each colour’s tail code markings.
• Characters have a nominal 1/1 scale height of 280mm (approximately 4mm in 1/72 scale and 6mm at 1/48 scale), a popular size for many single-engined types.
The 1/48 scale version (AOD48C23m) can also be used for larger codes (nominally 420mm in real life) on 1/72 scale aircraft.
